A team of ten brave Business Data Partners consultants are taking on the National Three Peaks Challenge in support of SANDS Lothian. Read on to learn more about the challenge they’re up against and the charity they have chosen to support.
National Three Peaks Challenge
On 6th – 7th July BDP England and Scotland are joining forces to climb the three highest peaks in the UK in 24 hours, The National Three Peaks Challenge. Starting in Scotland with Ben Nevis, on to England’s Scafell Pike, and finishing up with Wales’ Snowdon. Check out the stats on the challenge that lies ahead for the team – and the driver!
SANDS Lothian
Our BDP consultants are tackling the Three Peaks, not only to challenge themselves, but to raise money for a great cause. Their chosen charity is SANDS Lothian. SANDS, Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Charity, operates throughout the UK, supporting those affected by the death of a baby. The work SANDS does improves the care bereaved parents receive, promotes research to reduce the loss of babies lives, and provides training and education for medical professionals to enable them to provide the best support to those affected. If you would like to know more, you can visit their website here.
The team has a mammoth task ahead of them and need all the support they can get. If you’d like to help them out, head over to the BDP Three Peaks Challenge Just Giving page to donate. All money raised goes to SANDS Lothian to support the work they do.
We’ll be providing updates on their progress leading up to and through-out the 24hours of the challenge. Check on the BDP Blog and look out for updates on our Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
