Business & Decision Limited becomes fully owned by employees and changes name to Business Data Partners Limited.
Business & Decision Ltd (B&D), a UK niche data and analytics consultancy, formerly a subsidiary of Business & Decision Group, today announces it has completed the transaction announced in its 19th May press release to purchase back shares held by Business & Decision Group. As a result, the company has changed its name to Business Data Partners Limited.
Business Data Partners is now totally owned by its employees and this will enable it to retain the core values and the unique company culture that has been developed, which are key to its success.
