Business Data Partners are proud to announce their signing of the Tech Talent Charter.

The Tech Talent Charter is an employer-led initiative which aims to bring together industries and organisations to drive diversity and address gender imbalance in technology roles. This will be achieved through a commitment by the signatory organisations to a set of pledges relating to recruitment and retention within their organisation.

The pledges include having an inclusive recruitment process, employment policies and practices that support the development and retention of an inclusive and diverse workforce to work collectively with the Tech Talent Charter. In doing so we will share data with other signatories to develop and implement protocols and best practices for the implementation of the Charter.

We are thrilled to have Jennifer Cunningham, Head of People Development leading our commitment to the charter:

“At Business Data Partners we know that our people are our most valuable asset. Our unique culture and core values play a very important part in BDP’s success and having a diverse workforce is key to this. We understand that attracting, recruiting, and retaining a diverse workforce is vital to the future of our business.”

Business Data Partners signing of the Tech Talent Charter coincides with International Women’s Day 2018 to show our support and commitment to diversity in the workplace and encouraging and empowering women to pursue education and careers in STEM.

We will be posting about our Tech Talent Charter journey in the coming months so stay tuned for that on our website, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
