*We will also accept graduates who have achieved, or are expected to achieve, 2:1 degree (minimum) or equivalent who have had substantial exposure to SAS, SQL, Python, Oracle, Teradata, R, Microsoft BI, or other relevant programming languages.

Life as a consultant
The career of a BDP consultant is varied with many opportunities. You will work with clients to create effective solutions and deliver business transformation. Typical projects shape and transform our clients’ data, processes and technology as well as producing insight through the use of analytics to help clients make informed business decisions.

Training and Development

Education, skills, and behaviours
You will receive dedicated technical training and recognised industry certifications in leading data and analytics tools, languages and methodologies as well as soft-skills training to hone your consultancy skills. In addition, you will gain hands-on experience of consultancy work at client locations. Throughout the programme, you will have a solid support structure around you.

We accept graduates who have achieved, or are expected to achieve, 2:1 degree (minimum) or equivalent in any of the following degree disciplines including; Actuarial Science, Business, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, International Business, Management Science, Mathematics, Operational Research, Physics, Risk Management and Statistics.

We will also accept graduates who have achieved, or are expected to achieve, 2:1 degree (minimum) or equivalent who have had substantial exposure to SAS, SQL, Python, Oracle, Teradata, R, Microsoft BI, or other relevant programming languages.

We require graduates to have achieved a 2:1 degree (minimum) or equivalent in a relevant discipline and to have graduated in the past two years. Yes, all graduate roles are full time.

We cannot guarantee you will always work in your base office location. As part of the role, you could be placed on client site, away from home as required for extended periods.

The first step in the process is a review of your application.

If successful, our graduate team will be in touch with two online tests for you to complete.

Successful candidates will then be invited to a video interview where we’ll get to know you a bit better, your experience, and what you’re looking for.

Finally, progressed candidates will be invited to attend an assessment centre.

Our hardworking HR team will begin reviewing applications as soon as possible. We aim to respond to all applications, successful or not, by the end of January 2023.
