Erin Boyle – Graduate Programme Manager & HR Business Partner

Our Graduate Programme Manager, Erin Boyle understands how important developing an effective and sustainable development programme is to attract top talent into our growing niche Data & Analytics consultancy. Erin who originally joined the company as a graduate consultant 7 years ago on a SAS development programme understands the key ingredients to building attractive and ever-evolving development programmes that promote a dynamic learning platform for personal and professional career development, all within a supportive and nurturing environment.

Erin recognises we all play a key role in shaping and inspiring the next generation of analysts, developers and future leaders in a world of digital transformation. In a data driven society we need to equip our graduates with the appropriate development programme for them to succeed, whether that is a structured, bespoke or tailored training plan to address their individual needs. We tailor our programmes by working closely with Universities and our existing workforce from Graduate up to Executive level to produce the best possible training collateral. This gives our graduates the skills they need to thrive in our client facing consultancy. Our collaborative approach allows us to produce high quality technical, functional or business related training, as well as soft skills training. In addition, we recognise the importance of such training and support industry recognised certifications for our people.

Embedded in our development programmes is our invaluable support structure where new joiners can benefit from professional development plans, regular 121s, mentoring & buddy schemes and continuous support from Business Data Partners consultants and internal support teams. At Business Data Partners we pride ourselves on our supportive and encouraging environments and feeds into our values and everything we stand for as a company internally with our employees and externally with our clients.

Why are our development programmes important? They prepare our people for client facing consultancy where we work in partnership with our clients to add value to their business. Our company promotes a positive learning environment to gain experience across different sectors, projects and technologies. As a growing niche consultancy we relish these opportunities for our consultants to work across.
